* Your wallet address
* A clear description of your issue
* Screenshots that show the issue
* Your wallet (e.g. MetaMask, TrustWallet)
* Your device (e.g. iPhone, Android, Windows PC, Mac)
* Which browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, In App)
* Your location
